throat herpes

I haven't been diagnosed with herpes yet but im pretty sure that's what I have...Ive been so stressed out and depressed. Do anyone know how long it takes for symptoms to occur? But neways now my throat hurts really bad...the rest of my mouth an lips are fine but tha back of my throat is really ready an a few bumps. Could this be herpes too?
