I understand exactly how you feel. Just realize that you're not the only one. The best thing you can do is take things day by day. If you feel the need to cry, than cry. I do... all the time. When i visit the doctor, talk to my mom about it, in the shower, or anywhere by myself. My mom once told me "some things you wont want to know, however, when it comes to the truth it may hurt, & its better to know than not know"
You now know. Now from this experience like all of us who have it, we must take it in, & learn from it which over time will only make us stronger.
I know its hard, trust me. i was already at high risk of not having a baby after being pregnant & loosing my baby by an abusive ex, & now with herpes it scares me. & it is ok to be scared.
It's okay.

Now that you know, acta accordingly. Protect yourself & others. If you need to, be abstinent for a while (several month to a yr) so you can learn to deal with it & feel good about yourself again. I'm doing that now. This also decreases the risk of you spreading it, or worse, catching something worse (HIV) since having HSV makes your body succeptible to other STDs.

Love yourself, forgive yourself, & live! God bless you.

Also, try ResolveHerpes.com or Dynamiclear... might help.
