Scared I might have herpes :(

My boyfriend and I have been together for four months. About two weeks ago we went on a vacation and during that time he had a cold soar on his lip. He gave me oral sex multiple times that week. I didn't even know you could get infected from that. So a week goes by and I started having swelling and tenderness in my lymph nodes in my groin. Then I noticed a few tiny little bumps that almost look like I cut myself while shaving. But now I woke up this morning and have a red spot the size of about a nickel and on it are a bunch of very small little bumps. I think I have genital herpes and I am totally devastated.. I'm embarrassed and I don't know what to do. I'm so scared to tell my family or even see a doctor.
