Please help! I think I may have herpes and may not be able to see the Dr until tommorow or in 2 days.

I had been sexually active with an ex-boyfriend and even though we were not a couple we have a long history together. I met him when i was 15 and we have been dating on and off. I am now 27 and we recently started back seeing each other as friends, but shortly after we started having intercourse, in Nov 2010, sometimes unprotected, I have been tested twice for all STD since then. One in January, 2010, and another in March of 2010, all negative,what triggered me to get tested again in March is that at the end of Feb I started having mild like menstruation cramps, that were lighter than the cramp i get during menses. These cramps lasted for a month, then on and off at weeks at a time. My test were still negative, however I recently noticed a red like bump on the inner of his pee hole that is really not to noticeable unless ur really examining it. It wasn't a small bump but a lil wide and slightly raised. anyhow, I had asked him all during the time we had been seeing each other sexually if he is having sex with anyone else and he would say no, and that if he does he would let me know, That was a lie! I asked him about the area on his penis and he said it has always been there. (LIE) I sort of felt as though he was sleeping with someone else so I started to protect my self by having condoms on hand. Well in the end of May 2010, we went to the beach and didn't have any condoms so I wouldn't have sex with him but I did rub his penis while it was erect, but he never ejaculated even though he was wet or i guess had pre cum I also rubbed myself not thinking at the time if he has something i could possibly get it even though he wasn't penetrating me. Well about 2 weeks later which is now. about 3 days before today I felt a lump that was on my labia minora (the inner lips of the vagina) it felt hard when touching it, i even squeezed it a little to confirm if it was a bump it wasn't painful unless squeezed a lil ( but not hard enough to make anything come out) when looking in the mirror I could barely see it unless i squeezed around the area it was at. Now mind you that Last week i just had my annual and everything checked out fine and the lump wasn't there, the dr also said that based on his observation i don't have herpes, or hpv and the vagina looks healthy with no infection, and he would call me if pap is abnormal. now yesterday I noticed the bump looked as if it was starting to turn red like a pimple at the tip, and i felt another hard bump about a little further down my labia minora on the same side, and it was the color of my labia minora which is black (im African American)but when i squeezed it painful like the first one i felt that has now become red like a pimple, it looks gross and is very scary. I have been feeling so anxious to see someone right away but its the weekend and i much prefer a gyn specialist than the er, the first bump that is now red is very sore when I wipe, I'm very paranoid and keep washing my hands, I keep looking to see if there is going to be any changes, I have also washed all of my clothes. I have a six yr old son and im scared to sit on his bed, I have washed all wash rags and now am putting mine in my room to make sure he doesn't come in contact with it. I constantly washing my hands because i cant remember if i may have touched there, I'm in tears right now, i feel like I'm about to lose my mind, can someone who has had herpes tell this is what they have also experienced with the break out,I hear it is really painful but I consider this to be painful but not with the severity that i hear the initial break out is, now i have never had anything like this on my vagina, could it be something other than herpes? Also I have been feeling nauseous. please give advice. I would like to also add that I haven't had sex with anyone in 3 years before hooking back up with him. thanks
