I am 18 years old and only yesterday I found out that I have herpes. Me and my boyfriend have been having issues and I knew he was sleeping with someone while we were taking a break. When we started back talking I made him use a condom even though we had never used protection before becouse I have birth control and we trusted each other. The condom ended up coming off during intercourse and after that we didnt use one. The next day I noticed my area was a bit sore. And the next day it got worse so I thought I had gotten a yeast infection. The next day when I was shaving I noticed a sore bump right below my area. I thought it was heat bumps. I also noticed I was staying very moist and somtimes watery down there. The next day I got in the mirror and was checking it out and I knew it was somthing not good. When I seen the Pictures on this website and I was devastated. I knew herpes is what it was. So last night I checked out my boyfriend and sure enuf he had blisters too. I was very mad and told him what it was and he tried to deny it and when he seen mine he knew I was serious. I also have been having fever and my area is so sore I can barely even wipe when I pee. Now I feel so worthless and gross. I feel like no one will ever want to get with me becouse I have this. This has changed my life forever and I know I will never be the same. All I can say is this is something that you DO NOT want so please be careful. Excpecially all you young people, even if your " in the moment" just take one minute to grab that condom becouse if not you will regret it for the rest of your life.
