I'm scared!! I might have something? Ingrown hairs or jock itch

Well I shaved all my pubic hair off, even on my nuts an nothing appears to be there before I shaved, then I slept with this woman an asked her if she had anything or if she ever had anything an she said no no no, so we ended up having sex, I may have not noticed before I slept with her but the next day I woke up an I had a itching on the lower part of my penis where I shaved, an everywhere I shaved is itching on and off, but there are little red bumps that are there, they might just be in grown hairs? Idk but my pubic hair is starting to grow back and everywhere it itches is where I shaved so I hope I don't have any kind of STD, I've never had one and don't want one, and I told the woman that after I slept with her I had started to get a few little red pimple like bumps an itching here an there all from where I shaved she told me that it might be in grown hairs or jock itch or something so I really hope they are just in grown hairs, or something of the sort, I hope I don't have any STD but I talked to the woman about it an she swore up an down that she didn't have anything so I told her about this an she said that it's very likely to be in grown hairs, or something like that cause she doesn't have or show any symptoms of anything like mine so idk. We have had sex multiple times at night an the morning, I don't have any sores or open wounds or anything like that, just where I shaved is itching an I have little red bumps where I shaved. Can someone please answer/reply to my question, (do I have any kind of STD like herpes) I'm really worried, I hope it's just from shaving and or maybe not showering for a couple days or something, I tried to pop one an it popped like a pimple would an looked like it just like an in grown hair so idk please help me figure out if I have to go to the doctor or not please do this asap.
