I don't know what to do

I've been sick for the past week. I finally went to the doctor and she said I had an ulcer on the back of my throat. she tested it and said it was just strep. but I've had the same looking ulcers on my vagina for the same amount of time. I have 3 of them. Ive dated the same guy since early december and we've already had sex and have been since late january. we broke up for a few weeks and i last week i had sex with a guy that i dated before my boyfriend. now my boyfriend and i just got back together. i'm so scared and don't know what to do. I know its their job but im too embarrassed to go to a doctor =/
