i dont know what it is

I am an 18yr old and have had 2 boyfriends. One, i only had oral sex with. After i was with him, i got HIV tested and came out negative. Months later I had really bad itching in the vaginal area and it burned when i peed at times. I went to the doctor and they told me it was a urine infection. For a while, i didn't feel anything later. Until recently, i've been feeling a little itching here and then. Not too much though. Only once in a while. i noticed i have little super tiny red bumps in my vaginal area that you can barely notice and do not know if its normal or not. Me and my present boyfriend now have had unprotected sex. Although he's been with several girls, I asked him if he's gotten tested and he told me yes when he got out from the marine corps they tested him and came out negative..but now, i don't know if that could be a lie. i don't know if its normal or if it isn't.
