i dont know if i have herpes or not? PLEASE HELP

I've been with one guy who is still currently my boyfriend. i lost my virginity to him but hes had sex with multiple partners before me. we just started having unprotected sex about 2 or 3 weeks ago. the other day i started getting a real itchy feeling on my vagina and it hurts like hell. i checked it out and i have a lot of white/yellowish discharge and there's a few bumps that look more like pimples with white tips on it around the opening of my vagina and around the inner lips. I'm only 17 and i went to the only planned parenthood in my city but it closed down 2 weeks ago. i don't know what to do. I've been crying constantly and so ashamed of myself i don't know what to do. i cant tell my parents they would freak out. but i don't know if this is herpes for sure can some PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!! im so scared all i want to do is die. please any advice would be greatly appreciated.
