My friend has herpes and my other friend told me that you can get it by sitting on her toilet seat so I'm checking out and i felt down there and there were little bumps but i also shave down there so it could be razor burn, my boyfriend has no bumps on his penis though. my bumps are very small and have a little white dot on top of it, i know razor burn looks like that to and ingrown hair.. I'm not sure if its herpes or not..
