freeeaking out

I'm pretty sure I already know the answer to my so called "question" but people on here have herpes so they would know better then me. 3 days ago i noticed 6-7 bumps theyre skin colored no redness and are not clustered like the google pictures but they have small pinpoint holes in the center of all of them they burn when i pee and become more itchy when theyre rubbed ie pants underwear wiping. looks like ingrown hairs but theres too many i do shave it also could be razor burn, i have a doctors app but couldnt get in for another 3 weeks! i am so nervous, although i think ive come to the conclusion i have herpes and i can live with that i suppose. is there another infection it could be? they look like small bug bites.
