do i have something? help!

So I hadn't had sex in 12 months. I went from having sex a lot to none for about 12 months and then I had sex with a girl who just recently lost her virginity to my friend who I'm sure doesn't have anything. The next day I had like 6 lilttle pimple like white heads around the bess of my penis. I thought they were just pimples or ingrown hairs so I poped a couple and they have swollen up. Its now been 2 days and they are still swollen and hurt it abit. They are not pussing or anything, just hurting. Please help me
