DO I HAVE HERPES?

I have been with my boyfriend for about a year, and I have had sex with 3 guys before him. We didn't use protection, but I have never had an STD. Recently, I got really itchy (down there) and had kind of a garlicky smelling discharge. I kept itching and I got all red and irritated. I found three small pimple looking things and I am worried I may have herpes.
