Do I have Herpes? Please help.

Well 2 weeks ago today i unprotected sex with this girl i hooked up with. I was so stupid and i barely even knew her, I just wanted some I guess. Come to find out she has had sex with a lot of people; or so i have heard through the grapevine. Anywho, since then i have a slight burning sensation in my penis but really it only seems to burn when i think about. It doesn't burn when i urinate. I went to a college football game and walked around a lot until the point i was chaffing. That pain went away this past weekend i started chaffing again but not to bad. I just though it was my underwear or it was because i recently chaffed. I started reading online and saw that this might be an early symptom of Herpes. Also i went camping this past weekend and wore shorts so i have bug bites all over me. I have two bumps on my testicle sac about an inch apart that looks like bug bites and they itch from time to time. Other than that my penis and everything else looks normal. Could I have herpes or am i flipping out?
