Okay so the only thing close to sex I've had was dry humping(all clothes on) but i ejaculated(inside of my clothes). I have bumps on my penis and they're not blisters but they don't really look like whiteheads. they don't seem to get bigger or smaller and i,ve had them for months. They don't itch or burn or hurt when i touch them so I don't know what I have. Please help!
