confused and don't know what to do?

I'm 18 years old and through my life I had sex with 9 guys only, 4 was unprotected. 3 months after my birthday I found out I had an std (chlamydia) I think that's how you spell it. But anyways I went to the clinic and got tested. They gave me only two shots. But shortly after three days I've been having sores down there and yeast infections. The sores are along the side of my lip of my vagina (not the inside) and I bust it then some puss will come out first then the blood or blood would come out then the puss, or sometimes both will come out. I am still going through this and I'm scared and the yeast infection don't make it any better. I don't have blister or pimples in the opening of my vagina' so I don't really know if this could be herpes. Sometimes these sores/bumps go away but when they come back' they come back in different places on my vagina. I'm scared, confused, and don't know what to do. I never had a pap smear a day in my life so the honest truth i don't know what's really going on down there. Before I've had my std everything was going fine. But now it just seems weird to me. I know back in June I took a pregnancy test and it came back positive then I took another five days later then that one came back negative it was a clear blue pregnancy test. But anywhow, after a week before my pregnancy test I went to the bathroom and something dropped from my vagina it looked like an egg with blood on it' more like a clumpy discharge with streaks of blood on it. I tried doing research but I had no luck. After wards my yeast infections start to come. and I've been trying to get rid of it ever since. I have some vaginal yeast infection cream so I'm going to use it and see what will happens next' I'm little embarrassed to go to the health department. But I think I should go to see what's going on. What should I do? and do anybody got similar stories to mine?
