15, and drunk one night stand.

So, last night I went to a party, got drunk and high off my ass, and had unprotected sex. I asked him if he was clean, and he had said yes. I have only had two partners in the past, and they were both clean. But, it's the next day and I already have red bumps all over the outside of my vagina. I'm so scared. All I've done is cried and cried, and I have no idea who to go to. I'm not sure if it's herpes, but I'm pretty sure it is. I never thought this would happen to me, and I'm so, so scared. I've looked up how long after sex it would occur, and it said within a few hours you can get bumps. So, I'm pretty sure I might be infected. I don't know what to do. I'm so scared. Any help? Please?
